    Supplier shortlist

    Within 10 working days: 3–5 vetted factories with capacity, certifications and reference customers.

  3. 03

    Sampling

    Managed sample rounds. We handle iteration until you sign off on a golden sample.

    Negotiation & PO

    We negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms and penalty clauses in Turkish, on the ground.

    Production & QC

    Weekly reports, mid-production checks and a full pre-shipment inspection with photo evidence.

    Shipping & delivery

    Consolidation, customs and delivery to your UK warehouse. One point of contact, one invoice.
